Project Background

The Dalian Hotel was built in 1909 and completed in 1914, designed by Japanese architect Taito Taro in European Renaissance style. This 112-year-old building is a national key cultural heritage site that has witnessed countless historical moments.

In 2026, this century-old building will make a stunning transformation, reopening as 'Dalian Hotel · Fairmont' and becoming Dalian's first international luxury brand hotel.
