Rebuilding the full e-commerce chain for a century-old Japanese banquet porcelain brand in China
NARUMI is a top-tier Japanese banquet porcelain brand with nearly a century of history. When we took over their China e-commerce business, the brand's daily operations were stagnant - orders and transaction volumes were declining, and product links and images on the platforms were largely missing.
More challenging was that the 'Double 11' promotion was already in its warm-up phase, and we had to rebuild the entire e-commerce system within an extremely short time window. The team took immediate action without hesitation.
