Rebuilding the full e-commerce chain for a century-old Japanese banquet porcelain brand in China

NARUMI is a top-tier Japanese banquet porcelain brand with nearly a century of history. When we took over their China e-commerce business, the brand's daily operations were stagnant - orders and transaction volumes were declining, and product links and images on the platforms were largely missing.

More challenging was that the 'Double 11' promotion was already in its warm-up phase, and we had to rebuild the entire e-commerce system within an extremely short time window. The team took immediate action without hesitation.

After implementing the new promotion strategy, the payment conversion rate exceeded previous records in the first month. Over the following months, core metrics including order value, GMV, and repurchase rate all broke two-year records.
